In 1995, Janeen Sizemore made Atlanta, Georgia her home, bringing with her an unmatched level of ambition, resilience, and determination that would ultimately shape an extraordinary career in real estate. Today, with more than 25 years of experience spanning residential, commercial, lending, property management, and business development, Janeen has established herself as a respected industry leader known for her innovation, vision, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
Janeen’s real estate journey began in multifamily property management, where her natural leadership abilities, sales expertise, and people-first approach quickly earned her recognition as both a Top Sales Manager and Multi-Site Property Manager. Her early success laid the foundation for what would become a dynamic and multifaceted career rooted in service, strategy, and results.
In 2002, Janeen expanded her industry knowledge into mortgage loan origination, gaining valuable insight into the financial side of real estate and homeownership. Armed with a deep understanding of both lending and housing, she became a licensed Realtor in 2004 with a clear mission: to help individuals and families build wealth, stability, and legacy through real estate ownership. Her impact was immediate. Within her very first year as a Realtor, Janeen earned recognition as a Top 5% Multi-Million Dollar Producer, a distinction that would become the beginning of many years of top-producing success.
As her career continued to flourish, Janeen discovered that true success in real estate extends far beyond transactions. She believed the industry needed a culture-driven environment where agents felt empowered, supported, properly trained, and financially rewarded for their production. That vision led to the creation of The Atlanta Key Firm in August 2021, a boutique brokerage built by a Realtor, for Realtors.
The Atlanta Key Firm was founded on the belief that Realtors deserve more than just a place to hang their license, they deserve a true place to call home. A place where collaboration is valued over competition, where culture matters, where agents are genuinely supported, and where both new and experienced Realtors can thrive personally and professionally. Janeen’s mission has always been to create an environment where agents feel seen, heard, appreciated, and empowered to grow lasting businesses while serving their clients with excellence.
